Job summary

ScaleHouse Talent is seeking an in-home sales professional in Allentown, PA, to meet with homeowners, present remodeling options, and guide them through the buying process. This 100% commission W-2 role emphasizes closing opportunities with autonomy and a focus on delivering customer value.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of in-home sales experience, preferably in home improvement or related fields, and holds a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of in-home sales experience.
• Experience in home improvement/remodeling/HVAC/solar preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• Highly coachable and willing to improve.

What It Takes to Succeed
