Job summary

Signature Bath of Central PA is seeking driven in-home sales representatives to join our growing team. This full-time role offers pre-qualified appointments, high commissions, and the chance to transform homes with premium bathroom remodeling solutions.

You will travel to pre-scheduled in-home appointments, present designs with an iPad system, discuss financing options, and close sales. If you excel at building relationships and delivering outstanding customer experiences, this is for you.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to earn a high income.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.
• In-home sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling high‑ticket products is preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and close sales.

Compensation

Our top-performing representatives earn $150,000 to $200,000+ annually, with some earning even more through our uncapped commission structure.
