Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join the growing sales team in San Diego, CA. You will develop new business and manage a territory, providing weekly laundry, delivery, repair, and branding solutions to customers across industries.

You’ll use the Cintas Sales Training Program to master cold calls, product demonstrations, negotiations and closing, while meeting weekly and quarterly sales goals and building long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads in territory.
• Meet weekly, quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Operate CRM to manage opportunities.
• Deliver product demonstrations and negotiations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Collaborate with team and mentor others.
