Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in California. This B2B role focuses on providing work apparel solutions, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services to customers across industries.

You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business using our CRM, while earning a base salary plus commissions and a car package as part of a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) preferred, especially in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, and close new business.
• Consistently achieve weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and quotas.
