Qualifications

• 18+ years of age
• Valid driver\'s license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders regularly
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed

Responsibilities

• Canvass different neighborhoods to engage potential customers
• Explain remodeling and restoration services to homeowners and generate interest
• Work independently and manage time effectively to close deals
• Learn customers\' needs and perform roof inspections when applicable
• Explain service options and schedule bookings with customers
• Track progress and adjust strategies to increase sales performance
