Job summary

Legacy Restoration is hiring entry-level Sales Representatives to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and promote roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. You’ll work independently, manage your schedule, and aim to book service appointments while earning commissions.

The role offers performance-based earnings with an average of $100,000+ per year with uncapped commissions and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Good driving record preferred.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Canvas neighborhoods to attract customers for roofing, remodeling, and restoration services.
• Engage with homeowners to assess needs and book service appointments.
• Work independently, manage time effectively, and adjust strategies to close more deals.
• Track progress and adjust approaches as needed to maximize earnings.
