Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives to join our team and attract new customers for roofing, remodeling, and restoration services. This full-time role emphasizes performance-based earnings with average pay around $100,000+ per year through uncapped commissions.

You’ll canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and book service appointments, working Monday–Friday 10:00 am–7:00 pm with potential Saturday shifts. Travel to local offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit.
• Physical ability to walk through neighborhoods and climb ladders.
• Willingness to travel to different neighborhoods and local offices as needed.

Responsibilities

• Canvass different neighborhoods and engage with potential customers.
• Explain our roofing, remodeling and restoration services to homeowners.
• Book service appointments and close deals.
• Track progress and adjust strategies to increase sales.
• Work independently with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
