Fox Valley Overhead Door in Appleton, WI is hiring an outside sales representative to grow our commercial door business across the Fox Valley. You will prospect, develop new accounts with facility managers, general contractors, and building owners, and sell our full line of doors, operators, and service. Residential sales will be part of the role, but focus is commercial.

A hunter mentality, integrity, and willingness to learn are valued; travel throughout the Fox Valley will be required.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with facility managers, contractors, and building owners.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new commercial and industrial accounts through calls, networking, referrals, and events.
• Build relationships with facility managers, general contractors, and property managers.
• Target commercial accounts like warehouses, manufacturers, schools, hospitals, and municipalities.
• Sell service agreements and repeat work to maintain customers.
• Support residential sales as needed to complement commercial growth.
• Prepare proposals, follow up on leads, negotiate, and close deals.
• Hit sales, revenue, and gross profit targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity, and pipeline in CRM.
• Coordinate with install and service teams to ensure smooth post-sale execution.
