HyperHired LLC. seeks motivated roofing sales reps to operate in a door-to-door model, with a leadership path as you grow.

You will close self-generated deals, earning a 14% personal commission and 10% on company-set appointments, with an opportunity to earn overrides on team performance. You will knock on pre-mapped neighborhoods daily, qualifying homeowners, booking inspections, and managing the full cycle from discovery to close.

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Producing in the middle of the band — about $137K annualized
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $300K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles
