Job summary

HyperHired LLC. in Ohio is seeking experienced roofing closers with a strong closing mindset to set 12 in-person appointments weekly.

Qualifications

What you’ll be doing

• Experienced roofing closers in Ohio with a 'killer' mentality target 12 in‑person appointments weekly
• Work company‑provided leads from initial discovery through close
• Document every touchpoint in the CRM and follow up on stalled pipeline
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel ‑ objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity ‑ to weekly team huddle

What success looks like

• Day 30: Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6: Consistently producing at the median earnings band (~$146K annualized)
• Year 1: Top quartile clears $273K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

Who we’re looking for

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output ‑ activity, close rate, and earned commission
