Aruza Pest Control is seeking an Out side Sales Professional to grow our residential pest control services. You will build relationships, perform home inspections, and present tailored treatment options to homeowners, earning commissions and rewards for results.

Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, able to work independently, and comfortable meeting new people while representing a growing brand that emphasizes customer service and integrity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related studies ideal but not required.
• 2–4 years’ pest control sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; MVR check.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.

• Document sales activity and customer information in the CRM.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Professional, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying pest-related concerns and recommending customized treatment solutions. You'll build relationships, conduct property inspections, generate new business opportunities, and help customers protect their homes through professional pest management services. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related studies is ideal but not required

• Prior experience and/or training in pet control sales preferred
