Job summary

Aruza Pest Control is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in Florida to grow homeowners’ defenses against pests. You’ll identify concerns, inspect properties, and present customized treatment options while building lasting customer relationships.

The role rewards your effort with an uncapped commission structure and a 15K guaranteed salary for the first four months. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, have strong communication skills, enjoy working independently, and excel at prospecting,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree ideal but not required.
• 2–4 years’ experience in pest control sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits.
• Document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Professional, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying pest-related concerns and recommending customized treatment solutions. You'll build relationships, conduct property inspections, generate new business opportunities, and help customers protect their homes through professional pest management services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and being rewarded for their effort and results.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related studies is ideal but not required
• 2-4 years’ prior experience in the pest control area preferred
• Prior experience and/or training in pet control sales preferred
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass MVR check
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
