Job summary

Aruza Pest Control in Asheville, NC is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to advise homeowners on pest solutions, perform property inspections, and grow the business through new customers.

You will work independently, manage schedules, and earn commissions on top of a 15K guaranteed salary for the first four months, with uncapped earning potential and company vehicle support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related studies is ideal but not required.
• 2–4 years of pest control sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass MVR check.
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads.
• Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns.
• Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs.
• Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism.
• Follow up on opportunities and close new business.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and annual follow-up visits.
• Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system.
• Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events.
• Represent Aruza with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.

Position Overview

As an Outside Sales Professional, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying pest-related concerns and recommending customized treatment solutions. Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related studies is ideal but not required
• 2-4 years’ prior experience in the pest control area preferred
• Prior experience and/or training in pet control sales preferred
• Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; must pass MVR check
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
