Outside Sales Professional

Tom James Opportunity:

Tom James Company is an outside sales company in the custom clothing industry. We build and develop a clientele of top business executives in the cities we serve. As an Outside Sales Professional, your role involves booking appointments with clients to meet them in their office or home to address their wardrobe needs. This position requires a relationship-driven and consultative sales approach. The role combines in-office and in-field activities.

Role Responsibilities
  • Build a Clientele: Generate and develop leads using the latest technology, prospecting, and referral methods.
  • Schedule Appointments: Make daily calls to prospects and leads to set up sales meetings.
  • Conduct Sales Meetings: Prepare for and visit clients at their preferred location to assist with their buying decisions.
  • Measuring: Learn to measure and fit fully custom garments.
  • Customer Service: Act as your customer's advocate and advisor, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering repeat business.

  • Ability to generate leads and schedule appointments after completing our extensive training program.
