Job summary

McCall Pest & Wildlife is seeking an Outside Sales Professional to protect businesses and homes while solving customers’ pest challenges. You’ll inspect properties, quote services, and grow your own book of accounts in a dynamic, field-based role.

No exterminating experience is required, but sales skills help. We provide training, a company vehicle, cell phone, iPad, and a full benefits package to support your growth and success as you build lasting customer relationships in the community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior inspections and provide quotes to potential customers.
• Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Communicate value of services and transition prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Attend ongoing training and stay updated on industry trends.
• Maintain a safety-first approach when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.
• Sales and Lead Generation: Generate new sales leads through cold calling, networking, and forming strategic partnerships with businesses.
• Customer Transition: Communicate the value of our services to prospects and transition them into loyal McCall customers.
• Relationship Building: You'll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
• Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

What You Need to Succeed:

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
