Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in the United States Georgia area to build your own pipeline, prospect, network, and convert conversations into customers. You3ll own your territory with autonomy and support from a strong team.

No leads are handed to you; success comes from proactive hunting, ongoing training, and meeting growth targets while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Sales experience preferred.
Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
Valid driver1s license required.
Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

Own the Hunt: Proactively generate new business through cold outreach, door-to-door prospecting, networking, and building strategic partnerships—creating your own opportunities.
Build Your Pipeline: Consistently prospect and develop a strong pipeline of potential customers, turning initial conversations into qualified opportunities.
Inspect, Solve, and Sell: Conduct thorough interior and exterior inspections (including attics and crawl spaces), identify needs, and present tailored solutions.
Close & Convert: Communicate value, overcome objections, and convert prospects into long-term Northwest customers.
Develop Relationships That Drive Growth: Build strong relationships in your territory with customers and internal teams for retention and referrals.
Commit to Growth: Participate in training and development to sharpen sales skills.
Work Smart & Safe: Maintain safety-first mindset while operating company vehicles and performing inspections.

Your Responsibilities:
