Job summary

Northwest Exterminating Co., LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Professional for McCall Pest & Wildlife. You will inspect sites, provide quotes, generate leads, and transition customers, representing a trusted local brand.

Training is provided; a company vehicle, phone, and iPad are supplied. A comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off. Sales experience preferred and no exterminating experience required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and provide quotes: interior and exterior inspections, attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes based on needs.
• Sales and lead generation: generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and partnerships.
• Customer transition: communicate value and transition prospects to customers.
• Relationship building: strengthen relationships with internal and external customers to drive satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ongoing learning: attend training sessions and continuing education to stay current.
• Safety first: maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform Inspections and Provide Quotes: Conduct interior and exterior inspections, including attics and crawl spaces, then offer quotes to potential customers based on their needs.

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
