We seek an Outside Sales Representative for the Greater San Antonio, TX market to expand sales revenue, drive market share, and manage the end-to-end sales process with a strong emphasis on relationship building. The role offers an uncapped, commission-based structure, a four-week training program, and opportunities with a team that values

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• 3–5 years of sales experience preferred
• Industry background and knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities through qualifying while prospecting: research, cold calls, referrals.
• Focus on discovering new opportunities.
• Maintain records of all account activity within sales database.
• Assist in assessing a client’s business, analyzing data and costs to provide an accurate assessment of their environment.
