Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Amarillo, TX is seeking a dynamic sales professional to manage trailer and parts sales, handle quotes, paperwork, and front-office coordination. You will engage customers, answer calls, and support merchandising in the sales yard while helping drive wholesale initiatives with the Store Manager.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of commissioned sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work Monday through Saturday with overtime.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of commissioned sales experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work Monday–Saturday and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer sales calls and assist customers visiting the dealership.
• Quote trailers for customers and prepare sales paperwork for invoicing.
• Coordinate display and merchandising of the sales yard and Parts Department.
• Assist in front-office organization to maintain a friendly, professional appearance.
• Plan outside sales calls to develop wholesale business with store direction.
• Attend trade shows and local events to drive sales initiatives.
