Preventia Security Outside Sales Representative is seeking a field-based, elite professional to drive new market share in Montgomery and surrounding areas, delivering smart security, life safety, and automation solutions to residential and light commercial clients.

You will own your territory, prospect locally, and build a strong pipeline using local networks and CRM tracking, while pursuing uncapped commissions and a clear path to top earnings.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of outside sales experience in relevant sectors.
• Active networks or familiarity with the Birmingham regional market.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; valid Driver's License (required).

Responsibilities

• Own Your Territory: drive new business in and around Montgomery through local prospecting, networking, and cold outreach.
• Consultative Selling: design tailored intrusion, video surveillance, and automation solutions for residential and commercial spaces.
• Leverage Inbound Assets: maximize value from company-provided leads while building your own pipeline via local business networks.
• Manage the Pipeline: use CRM tools to track prospects, forecast RMR, and close contracts.
