Senox Corporation is seeking a Customer Representative in Jacksonville, FL. You will be the primary contact for a portion of our customer base, delivering accurate, timely support, resolving inquiries, and promoting marketing programs to help customers grow their businesses.

Key responsibilities include building lasting customer relationships, collaborating with branch operations and sales, and becoming an expert on Senox products and services.

Qualifications

• Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Outside sales experience required; construction background preferred.
• Willing to travel daily across the Jacksonville area.
• Adept at building long-term customer relationships.
• Experience using CRM and business analytics tools.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
