Senox Corporation is seeking a Customer Representative who will serve as the primary contact for a segment of our customer base, delivering accurate and timely support, and promoting marketing programs to help customers grow their businesses. Responsibilities include developing long-term relationships, collaborating with branch operations and sales teammates, and becoming an expert on Senox

Qualifications

• Proven outside sales experience in construction or related field.
• Ability to develop and present sales proposals.
• Willingness to travel daily within the Longview area.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
• Work closely with Senox branch operations and other sales team members to ensure customer’s needs are met quickly and efficiently.
• Meet regularly with customers to discuss challenges and opportunities.
• Become an expert on Senox products and services.
• Learn and grow your knowledge of the seamless rain gutter industry in order to provide better support to our customer base.
• Use CRM software to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions and update account information.
• Use Business intelligence tools to analyze customer data and identify trends, provide insights and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention strategies.
