Job summary

Lotus Sales is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in the Springfield / Joplin, MO area. This position involves conducting home inspections and proposing comprehensive pest management solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your role includes daily training, managing leads, and achieving sales targets. A high school diploma and proven sales experience are required. Compensation consists of an hourly base rate of $20 plus commissions. Join our people-focused team!

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing or certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to manage crawlspaces under various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily training sessions and report on sales activities.
• Conduct 5 to 6 comprehensive home inspections per day.
• Present tailored solutions per inspection to customer needs.
• Aim for 1 to 2 sales closures per day.
• Utilize Field Routes for account activities and lead management.
• Complete annual termite renewal inspections and maintain customer relationships.
