Job summary

Lotus Sales is seeking an Outside Sales Professional in the Ozark area. You will be the face of Lotus Pest Control, conducting home inspections and proposing tailored solutions for pest and moisture management.

This role offers a base pay of $20 per hour plus commissions, along with comprehensive training and necessary equipment. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, proven sales ability, and the ability to work full time.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawlspaces.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily branch training sessions via Google Meet and report on all daily sales activities.
• Conduct 5 to 6 comprehensive home inspections per day for new leads.
• Present 2 to 3 tailored solutions per inspection to address customer needs.
• Aim to close 1 to 2 sales per day to meet growth objectives.
• Document all account activities and manage leads according to established protocols.
