Arrow Exterminators in Georgia seeks a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet new residential clients, survey properties, and recommend pest control options. The role includes driving a company vehicle, following up on leads, and building lasting customer relationships.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, ability to pass state licensing exams, and strong sales and communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Meet new clients and schedule appointments.
• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawling into tight spaces and assessing damage.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and explain benefits honestly and clearly.
