Arrow Exterminators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on meeting residential clients, surveying pest control options, and building a customer base while representing a family-owned pest control leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain state licensing/certification exams.
• Excellent customer service and sales aptitude.
• Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability to crawl into tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to survey and counsel on pest control options.
• Estimate home pest control needs and present solutions.
• Perform home evaluations, including accessing tight spaces like attics.
• Develop new customer relationships and gain new business.
• Represent Arrow Exterminators with professionalism and integrity.
