Arrow Exterminators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator to meet with residential clients, survey properties, and present pest control solutions. You will drive a company vehicle, schedule and conduct home evaluations, and build lasting customer relationships across diverse communities.

The role emphasizes active outreach, strong sales skills, and reliable, customer-focused service in a dynamic field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams.
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Physical ability be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions.
• Customer service experience.
• Proven Sales ability.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-directed and motivated with a willingness to take on new challenges in the commercial sales arena.

Responsibilities

• Survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options.
• Perform home evaluations including crawl spaces and tight areas.
• Use sales skills to offer solutions and explain benefits honestly and accurately.
• Develop strong rapport and network with potential residential customers.
• Meet new clients, schedule appointments, and gain new business for Arrow Exterminators.
