Job summary

Butch's Propane is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales of microgrids, power generation systems, and fueling solutions to oilfield operators across the Permian Basin. You will build relationships with decision-makers and deliver turnkey energy solutions tailored to field operations.

You will visit client sites across the region, present customized microgrid and generator solutions including propane, coordinate with operations and engineering, and close new business through

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales to industrial clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within oilfield operators to identify and support power generation and fueling needs.
• Present and sell customized microgrid and generator solutions, including power generation & propane, based on site-specific requirements.
• Coordinate with internal operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless setup, fueling logistics, and maintenance support for production facilities needing power generation.
• Personally visit client sites and offices across the region to grow accounts, generate new leads, and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Prospect and close new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, lead development, pricing negotiations, and relationship management.
