Job summary

Senox Corporation, a Nashville-based manufacturer and supplier for the seamless rain gutter industry, seeks a Customer Representative to be the primary contact for a portion of our customer base. You will deliver accurate, timely support, resolve inquiries, become an expert on our products, and promote marketing programs to help customers grow their businesses with us.

Daily, you will collaborate with branch operations and sales to ensure customer needs are met swiftly.

Qualifications

Must be self-motivated and a self-starter.
Outside sales experience required; construction background preferred.
Able to develop and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Willing to travel daily in the Nashville area.
Experience with CRM and business analytics tools.
Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Work closely with Senox branch operations and other sales team members to meet customers' needs quickly.
Meet regularly with customers to discuss challenges and opportunities.
Become an expert on Senox products and services.
Learn and grow knowledge of the seamless rain gutter industry to provide better support to customers.
Use CRM to maintain accurate customer records, track interactions and update account information.
Use BI tools to analyze customer data and identify trends to improve satisfaction and retention.
