Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking an energetic Sales Representative for our Outside Sales team in Normal, IL. You will build relationships with business customers, prospect new leads, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to close.

This role emphasizes a consultative, solution‑oriented approach and uses CRM to drive weekly quotas. We offer base salary plus unlimited commission and a quarterly bonus, a monthly car allowance and insurance, plus comprehensive training and certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly goals.
• Apply learnings from sales training program including cold-calling, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

Education

High School diploma or GED

Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
