Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to expand our Facility Services business in Maywood, IL. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business using CRM, with a base salary plus unlimited commissions and a car allowance.

You’ll receive hands‑on training, certification, and recognition programs to support your success. This role emphasizes high activity, customer focus, and solution selling to help customers keep facilities clean, safe, and efficient.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Engage in product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.

Connaissances

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field

Prior sales experience (1 year+)

Prior B2B sales experience
