Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team in Pittsburgh, PA. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business for facility services, using our CRM and hands-on product knowledge.

The role offers a base salary with monthly commissions, a car package, ongoing training, and clear career advancement paths within a Fortune 500 company. A valid driver’s license and relevant sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS/CRM systems.

Responsabilités

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Use the CRM to identify, pursue, and close new business.
• Meet or exceed weekly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
