Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing Facility Services team in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads, use our CRM to close new business, and achieve weekly sales goals with a competitive base salary plus commission.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field.
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., plus field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize our CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Provide hands‑on help with customer needs and product demonstrations.
• Apply learnings from the Cintas Sales Training Program and close sales.
• Maintain customer relationships and exceed quarterly targets.
