Job summary

Cintas is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, using CRM to spot opportunities and drive weekly sales performance. The role includes hands‑on training, demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of prior sales experience, preferably in B2B.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory and use our CRM to identify opportunities.
• Consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide hands-on training in product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
