This B2B role emphasizes cold-calling, in-person meetings, and closing deals, with a base salary plus commission and a monthly car allowance. Training and recognition programs support your career growth and performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel locally for field meetings.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work from the Cintas office on Monday/Wednesday and Friday mornings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) preferred.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within territory.
• Use CRM to identify and close new business.
• Meet weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide hands-on product demonstrations and negotiations.
