Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Huntsville, AL is seeking a results-driven Outside Sales Representative to deliver facility services solutions and build long-term customer relationships. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business using our CRM, earning base pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

The role emphasizes field-based selling, daily travel within the local territory, and hands-on training to develop product knowledge and sales techniques, with opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to spend the majority of the work week meeting prospective customers in the field, including daily travel by car within the assigned local territory.
• Ability to work from the assigned Cintas office on Monday and Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., in addition to field sales activities.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Provide solutions to facility services needs with industry-leading products and hands-on help.
