Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Pico Rivera, CA is seeking an energetic Outside Sales Representative to drive new business in a B2B environment. You will prospect, qualify leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals, while delivering work apparel solutions to a range of customers.

You will receive formal training, a competitive base salary with commissions, a monthly car allowance, and ongoing recognition and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CMS is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) preferred.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals.
• Provide work apparel solutions through cold-calling, in-person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing.
• Attend training and certification programs to build product knowledge and sales skills.
