Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Whittier area. You will help customers with work apparel solutions, including delivery, laundry, repair, replacement and branding, while building a rewarding career in a B2B sales environment.

You will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory, using our CRM to identify opportunities, close new business, and meet weekly and quarterly targets with coaching from an extensive

Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma or GED.
• Required: Valid driver’s license.
• Required: Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferred: Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Preferred: Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience.

• Outside Sales team member responsible for prospecting, developing, and qualifying leads within your territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
