Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a goal-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this B2B role you’ll provide work apparel solutions, including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding, while building a rewarding career.

You’ll use the sales training program, develop territory leads, and strive to meet weekly and quarterly quotas with CRM tools. A valid driver’s license and MS Office proficiency are required, with the preferred Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and Contact Management System (CMS) preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior B2B sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory.
• Use CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
