Job summary

Cintas Corporation is seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join its B2B sales team. You will prospect, qualify leads, and close new business while using our CRM to manage opportunities and achieve weekly quotas.

The role offers a competitive base and commission, plus a car allowance and comprehensive training. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within a territory.
• Utilize CRM to identify, prospect, close new business and meet weekly quotas.
• Engage in B2B outside sales including demonstrations, negotiations and closing.
• Deliver solutions for customers’ work apparel needs through weekly laundry, delivery, repair and branding services.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
