Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Durham, NC is seeking a goal‑oriented Outside Sales Representative to deliver work apparel solutions and branding services to diverse businesses. You will prospect, develop, and close new business from your territory using CRM, achieve weekly sales goals, and participate in a comprehensive training program with certification and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet and CMS.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+), preferably in a similar role.
• Prior new business-to-business (B2B) sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory using CRM to identify and close new business.
• Achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
• Sell apparel services including laundry, delivery, repair, replacement and branding.
• Build relationships with customers and provide solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and management to maximize revenue opportunities.
