Job summary

Impulse Plus Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales & Merchandising Representative to manage an established territory in Joplin, Missouri and the surrounding area.

This field-based role rewards self-motivation and relationship-building. You will visit existing customers, take orders, merchandise in stores, and develop new business while traveling throughout the territory; a valid driver's license is required. Independent work style and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred; candidates with strong retail or merchandising background considered.
• Experience in route-service, convenience-store or customer-service roles is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the territory.
• Strong communication, self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

Impulse Plus Inc. is hiring an Outside Sales & Merchandising Representative to manage an established territory in Joplin, Missouri, and the surrounding area.

This is an active, field-based position for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships and working independently. No two days are exactly the same! Our inventory is constantly changing, giving you new products and sales opportunities to share with local convenience stores and independent retailers.

• Building displays and merchandising products in stores
• Developing strong relationships with store owners and managers
• Identifying opportunities to increase customer sales

The ideal candidate is outgoing, dependable, self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Outside sales experience is preferred, but we will also consider candidates with strong retail, merchandising, route-service, convenience-store or customer-service experience.

A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel throughout the assigned territory are required.
