Job summary

Wil Fischer Distributing Companies is seeking an Account Service Representative in Springfield, MO to visit local retailers on a set route, build relationships with staff, and ensure product visibility and merchandising excellence. This full-time role offers guaranteed base pay plus uncapped commissions and incentives.

Ideal candidates will be 21+ with a valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and strong self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Visit local retail accounts on a set route each day (home every night!)
• Build relationships with store managers and staff
• Take product inventory and restock shelves, coolers, and displays
• Maximize visibility of our top beverage brands
• Maintain fresh product rotation and clean, attractive merchandising
• Stay informed on pricing, promotions, and brand updates
• Lift/move cases of product (25–35 lbs) and work hands-on in the field

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay: Starting at $37,440/year salary + Bi-Weekly Commission + Annual Incentives + Mileage Reimbursement
