Job Summary As an Outside Sales Manager / Sales Owner, you will oversee your own sales and project crew to expand roofing operations and deliver outcomes for the community.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing projects from start to finish, from sales and insurance claims to project management/installation
• Lead sales staff and labor crew
• Supervise job sites and crews throughout the installation/production process
• Oversee all sales activities including canvassing, setting up appointments, presentations, and closing sales/signing contracts
• Run appointments/consultations throughout the week
• Perform estimates and inspections
• Ordering materials, completing material order sheet
• Complete labor sheets for your crew
• Start the insurance claim, read insurance scopes, invoice, and collect payment
• Provide the utmost customer service to new and existing customers
• Track sales and projects in our CRM AccuLynx
• Uphold the company’s core values

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential roofing sales and installation experience
• Valid driver's license and vehicle for attending sales appointments and job sites
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday
• Ability to pass a background check
• Willingness to travel locally (roughly 2 hours within your area)
• Commitment of 10–12 hours per day toward personal success
• Money‑motivated and self‑motivated with strong customer service skills
• Honesty and professionalism
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed (building materials)
