We are seeking an Outside Sales Manager to “Manage, Train, and Grow” teams of outside B2B and Residential sales reps in various locations around the country. The Sales Manager will work directly out of our Columbia, MD office. You must be able to work independently while driving results.
The Outside Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales teams in various industries across the US. This position is the direct interface between Sales Focus and our clients. The Sales Manager will have direct responsibility and ownership of a program post-contract execution, overseeing development, launch, and ongoing management. Once a program is launched, the Sales Manager continues to guide, monitor progress, and develop best practices for production, staffing, and KPI achievement.
We want someone who is analytical in managing sales agents, focused on performance and KPIs, but also capable of field training and closing deals.
The Sales Manager will coach, train, and assist sales representatives in client acquisition.
