Job summary

Orkin LLC in Fayetteville, NC invites applications for a Home Inspector/Sales Associate (FT). You will schedule home visits, inspect properties, and present pest control solutions to customers, using your pitching skills to close sales.

As part of the Outside Sales team, you’ll leverage provided training, a company vehicle, and a handheld device to deliver accurate quotes, manage paperwork, and meet or exceed sales targets while helping customers protect their homes.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug screen.
• Candidates must be able to perform physical duties as described in the job listing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in homes to explain Orkin's products and services.
• Conduct a thorough interior and exterior inspection of the potential customer's property.
• Serve as a problem solver to decide on the best pest solution for each customer's needs.
• Make sales presentations to customers based on inspection findings and address questions while setting expectations.
• Complete proper paperwork to begin service and use the iPad/handheld device for accuracy and speed.
• Achieve sales performance objectives through leads and new business development.
