Rollins, Inc. is hiring an Orkin Home Sales Inspector in Charlotte, NC. You’ll leverage a strong brand and award-winning training to conduct comprehensive inspections, recommend pest solutions, and close sales with homeowners.

You’ll prospect and schedule in-home appointments, explain protections, and use a company-provided iPad to finalize agreements. No industry experience is required, with growth potential and benefits throughout a rewarding career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No Experience Required!
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Understand Orkin’s termite protection services and how to make strategic recommendations to customers.
• Perform 360 inspections from attics to crawlspaces and everything in between.
• Win over customers with confidence and care.
• Prospect new business and manage leads with a strong advertising budget.
• Schedule sales appointments and meet with potential customers in their homes.
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s home and explain next steps.
• Make recommendations based on inspection results and set expectations.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized.
