Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with climbing, crawling, and varied weather.
• Safe ladder use and PPE when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-home inspections from attic to crawl space.
• Explain findings clearly and recommend treatment options.
• Close sales by showing value and long-term protection of Orkin's services.
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and documentation with an iPad.
• Work independently, prioritize schedule, maximize leads.
• Represent Orkin with professionalism, empathy, and integrity.
