Job summary

Label Aid is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our book of business in the pressure sensitive labels space across food & beverage, spirits, cannabis, and related markets. The role offers flexibility with remote, hybrid, or in-person options.

You will manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in labels, packaging, printing, or related industries.
• Strong prospecting, qualification, pipeline development, and new-business skills.
• Able to understand technical product details and communicate them clearly.
• Comfortable working independently in remote or hybrid settings.
• Resourceful in researching unfamiliar markets and accounts.
• Experience using AI tools to research accounts and prepare for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, trade shows, referrals, and outreach.
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects across CPG segments.
• Sell pressure-sensitive label solutions into CPG markets such as food, beverages, and spirits.
• Navigate procurement processes and production timelines while managing expectations.
• Identify customer needs related to substrates, adhesives, and application requirements.
• Collaborate with estimating, customer service, and production to develop quotes and solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to closing and account growth.
• Grow existing relationships by identifying new projects and opportunities.
