Job summary

Ambiententerprises is seeking an Outside Sales Engineer for our office in Orange, CA. This role is central to impacting customer outcomes and requires at least 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably within the HVAC or construction sectors.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will be responsible for selling DMG Distribution Products, promoting product lines, and providing technical support. Qualifications

• 5-7 years of successful direct, outside sales experience.
• HVAC and/or construction industry experience.
• Equivalent direct industry experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Sell DMG Distribution Products to select accounts.
• Promote product lines and the DMG name.
• Assist customers with equipment selection.
• Provide technical support on product lines.
• Develop solid working relationships with customers and manufacturers.
• Travel for training and customer entertainment as needed.

Location & Position

We are searching for an Outside Sales Engineer for our office in Orange, CA. This is an exciting opportunity to directly impact our organization and customer outcomes. The successful candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in sales, manufacturing and/or engineering. The ability to communicate well and work with others is essential, as this position will interact daily with multiple internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• Selling DMG Distribution Products to select accounts
• Promoting the product lines we represent and the DMG name.
• Assisting customers with their operational objectives by advising on proper application and selection of equipment
• Provide technical support on our product lines
• Develop and maintain solid working relationships through verbal and written correspondence with customers and the manufacturers we represent
• Periodic travel for training, industry meetings and customer entertainment

Experience

• 5-7 years of successful direct, outside sales experience
• HVAC and/or Construction Experience
• Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering Degree preferred, but will consider equivalent direct industry related job experience

Compensation

$80-$130k annually DOE, plus generous commission structure
